garlicky crunchy pasta
Grab a moo moo, a rom-com, and this pasta. It's all you need!
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
1 lb. pasta
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup parley, chopped
1 cup parm, grated
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil water and cook pasta al dente.
2. Toast bread crumbs in a dry pan over medium heat, then hit with olive oil.
3. Add the garlic and half the parsley.
4. Pull pasta out of the water and into the pan. Add ¼ cup pasta water and butter.
5. Remove from heat and toss.
6. Add remaining parsley and top with parm.
